A Harvard Law graduate with over 30 years of litigation experience, Jonathan founded the firm in 1998 with a vision of client-first advocacy. He has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and secured landmark victories in complex commercial disputes.

Eleanor Cross

Senior Partner, Litigation

A Yale Law alumna with 22 years of courtroom experience, Eleanor leads the firm's litigation division. Known for her razor-sharp cross-examinations and strategic brilliance, she has successfully tried over 80 cases to verdict.
